摘要
所研究的焊缝自动跟踪系统,是利用接触式微动开关传感器检查偏差信号,并使用单片微机控制系统的工作。单片机通过对传感器信号的识别和判断控制步进电动机工作,驱动机械传动系统以达到跟踪的目的。文章介绍了单片微机控制系统及其软件结构和软件开发;分析了对跟踪过程的影响因素以及微机系统硬件和软件的抗干扰措施。
Automatic Weld tracking system is the use of contact microdrive switch sensor to check deviation signal and operated by one piece computer control system.In order to tracking,one ptece microcomputer control step motor by way of identification and judgment of sensing signal to operate mechanical drive system.One piece microcomputer control system,its software structure and development has been introduced;influence factor of tracking process and antijamming measure for hardware and software of microcomputer system have been analyzed.
