用微机开发面神经电图诊断仪

摘要 面神经电图是80年代以来先进的面神经功能检测手段,目前国内尚无专用测试仪器.我们用PC-286微机及APPLEⅡ微机开发成专用面神经电图仪。其硬件构成主要由记录电极、前置放大器、带通滤波器、主放大器、A/D板、微机系统及神经刺激器等组成。软件采用BASIC和汇编语言编程.仪器具有自动识别波形,自动分析及人工干预分析功能.资料可存盘,可随时查询、调用.具有价格低廉,操作简便,易于普及等特点. Facial electroneurography (FENOG) has been an advantageous measurement for testing the function of facial nerve since 1980s, yet the special instrument for this has not been reported in our country. We developed the facial electroneurograph with PC-286 or APPLE 11 microcomputer. The hardware comprised record electrodes,pre-amplifier,bandpass filter,main amplifier,microcomputer system and nerve stimulater,etc. The software complied with BASIC and assembly language. It Performed the function of auto-recognition of the FENOG waveform,auto-analysis and artificial intervention analysis. The data can be saved in disk,retrieved and called for reanalysis at any time. The developed instrument is cheap and easy to popularize.
