摘要
本文主要报道计算机三维重建及图像处理技术在外科手术中的作用．交互可视ＣＴ扫描得到的三维数据可进行三维定量分析及外科手术计划和模拟．我们描绘了计算机辅助外科手术计划中处理和显示三维数据所需要的技术，给出了应用的例子，讨论了计算机辅助外科手术计划和模拟将来研究的途径．
This paper mainly focus on the role of two techniques:computerized reconstruction technique and image prcocessing technique in surgery. Interactive visualization of three-dimensional data from CT scans has been applied for quantitative analysis and surgical planning and simulation. Technical requirements for acquisition and processing of three-dimensional rendered data applicable for surgical planning are delineated. Sample applications are described and avenues for further development are discussed.
