摘要
无牙上颌的修复,通常使用可摘全口义齿,这类义齿常发生连接体的纵折和斜折,严重影响了修复质量.因此,可摘全口义齿的折裂已成为口腔修复学临床的一大难题,引起了众多学者的关注和研究。本文作者选用的激光全息干涉量度法,能对真实义齿的应力状态进行分析,对临床应用有更实际的指导意义。经定性与定量的研究,发现了上颌总义齿恒定的薄弱区,同时发现这些薄弱区均与人体生理解剖结构密切相关,从而提出改进可摘全口义齿设计、预防基托折裂的方法。
Edentuous jaws are usually restored by full dentures which are made of PMMA. But 14% of them break down on weak areas, particulacly the middle line weak area. Holographic Interferometry has been employed by us in studying the structure of full dentures. We studied the true full demure for patients who felt very com fortable after they had used it. The experiments were done in the professional lab. With full demure loaded by mechanism at a standstill, a weak area in demure to be noticed was found. The result revealed two pressure stress areas and three pulling strees areas. The anterior teeth area base plate is thinner, and there is an obvious turncurve, because where the stress is concentrated on the anatomical structure. At this point, base breakdown is easiest.This report first suggests the cause of complete demure breakdown in relation to the physiological anatomical structure. In'Alrder to make the complete demure base plate stronger and to overcome the unfavourable factors in physiological anatomical structure, we must strengthen the base structure in the stress distributing areas.
