摘要
通过对人的离体肱动脉全压力范围内压力(P)──容积(V)关系的测定,计算了血管自原位长(100%)及拉伸至140%间各阶段之顺应性(C)。获得了血管顺应性随着拉伸度的逐渐增加而依次减小的变化规律.同时观察了血管壁发生的相应形态结构变化,从而为外科血管吻合术,血管移植术及肢体延长术寻求得一安全适宜的肱动脉拉伸范围(120%以上)。
The compliance of brachial artery at different elongations (from 100%~140% of natural length) invitro was calculated on the basis of measurement of pressure-volume relationship in brachial artery of young men who died from accident. The arterial compliance decreased gradually while elongation or the internal pressure of the artery increased step by step. Meanwhile, corresponding morphologic changes of the artery wall were observed. The limit (120%) of acute longitudinal elongation of the brachial artery could warrant the safety in vesselanastomosis, vessel transplantation and elongation of limbs.
