摘要
多产气体烯烃是DCC和MGG工艺的主要特点。工业试验中,准确标定气体,尤其是乙烯、丙烯、丁烯等的产率是十分重要的。为此,必须抓三个环节,即正确取样,使气样具有代表性;选用较好的分析方法进行分析;准确计量,以及两套气体测试数据的相互验证,以达到准确标定DCC和MGG工业试验中气体烯烃的产率。
High gaseous olefin yields are the main features of DCC and MGG technologies. Accurately analyzing the gas components especially ethylene, propylene and butylenes are most important inthe commercial testing. Three links should be seized, namely, correct sampling to make sure the gas sample is representative3 selecting a better analytical method; and precisely measuring the quantity of the gassample. In order to determine the olefin yield more accurately, it is necessary to take two sets of gas sample for analysis to verify the test results.
