RN-1催化剂的应用及延长使用周期的经验 被引量:1

摘要 中国石化锦州石油化工公司炼油厂加工能力为400kt/a的焦化汽油、柴油加氢装置使用RN-1催化剂,1990年11月建成投产至今正常运转,没有进行过催化剂再生,预计可正常运转到1995年4月装置大检修前。该文概述了装置开工以来的运转情况,总结了延长催化剂使用周期的经验体会,即:强化原料油的过滤措施;严格进行原料油的保护和脱水,缩短储存时间;优化操作条件;在反应器顶部设置防垢篮筐,在反应器中最上层催化剂上部装填RP-1活性支撑物。截至1993年5月份,装置共加工原料油730kt,每公斤催化剂进油量为16.1t,远远超过了国内同类装置的最好水平。 The 400 kt/a hydrorefining unit for processing coker naphtha and coker gas oil in the Refinery of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company has used RN-1 catalyst since November, 1990. The catalysthas not been regenerated and is estimated to be continuously running until the turnaround in April, 1995.This paper presents the operation status since startup and summarizes the experience of prolonged the catalyst cycle length. The experience includes: Better filtering the feedstock ; strictly protecting the feedstockand dehydration; shortening the storage time, optimizing operation conditions; installing an antifoulingbasket at the top of the reactor; and adding a RP-1 active support on the catalyst bed. The processingamount of the feedstock from November, 1990 to May, 1993 was 230kt and the oil to catalyst ratio was 16. 1t/kg, which exhibited high level operation.
