摘要
对所合成的含S、O、P、Mo多种活性元素的极压抗磨添加剂SM-SMP的性能进行了研究。四球机评定试验结果表明:当添加0.5%~4%的该添加剂到基础油中,可显著地提高基础油的极压抗磨性能。在Falex试验机上的测试结果进一步表明:合该添加剂的润滑油有极大的承载能力。该添加剂在油中能迅速溶解且稳定性好,并基本不改变基础油的理化性能。
An organo molybdenum compound containing active elements S, P, O and Mo wassynthesized and characterized by IR and elementary analysis. Its extreme pressure antiwear property wasevaluated in Four-Ball machine and Falex machine. The results showed that this compound with a dosageof 0. 5% to 4% in base oil exhibits superior antiwear property and high load-carrying capacity. It has goodstability and dissolubility in lubricating oils. The physico-chemical properties of the oil containing the compound meet the requirement of the specification.
