摘要
为了改变齿轮油品种繁多和由此而带来的诸多问题，在实验室研究了齿轮油复合添加剂的组成、合成工艺和使用性能。试验结果表明，使用硫化异丁烯、硫磷酸复酯胺盐、硫代磷酸酯胺盐等剂调配的齿轮油通用复合剂性能优良；用其调制的Ｎ３２０重负荷工业齿轮油和７５Ｗ／９０重负荷车辆齿轮油分别达到了ＵＳＳ２２４规格要求和ＧＬ－５的质量水平。
The composition of a package additive and its synthesis process are presented. Theadditive application in automotive gear oils and industrial gear oils showed that N320 heavy-duty industrialgear oils added with the said additive and 75W/90 heavy-duty automotive oils added with the said additivemet the USS224 and GL-5 specification respectively. It can be concluded that the application of the package-additive in both gear oils has solved the additive interchangeable problem in China.
