摘要
通过对回转曲面上螺旋线的分析,建立起螺旋刃球头模具铣刀前后刀面的几何模型,根据啮合理论,推导出螺旋刃球头模具铣刀刃磨运动方程式,并结合机床的实际结构,将运动模型转化为机床的实际运动。
By analyzing the helix on the rotary camber, this paper sets up the geometric model of the front and back cutting edge surface of helix edge milling cutter with spherical ends.On the basis of meshing theory, the grinding motion equation of the milling cutter is obtained. In the light of natural structure of the machine tool, the motion model is converted into the actual movement of the machine tool.
