挤压油膜阻尼器压力分布的实验研究

摘要 对挤压油膜压力分布进行了测试。结果表明,挤压油膜有较大的负压存在,且当转达不断升高时,最大负压值基本维持在蒸汽压的水平。这说明现行采用类似静载普通轴承的理论分析方法,即按空气气穴和负压置零的边界条件求解压力分布是不妥的。需寻求新的理论模型。本文将为建立新理论分析方法提供依据和验证。 Tests of pressure distribution in Squeeze film damper are performed. Experimental results show that considerable negative pressure is generated and maximum negative pressureis kept around the level of vapor saturation pressure. These indicate that the existing theoreticalmodel,similar to that of statically-loaded journal bearings, in which gas cavitation is taken intoaccount and π- film boundary condition is used, is not proper. A new theoretical model is required. This paper will provide an experimental base for establishing a new analyzing process.
