YM型水煤浆添加剂试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUOY ON YM TYPE OF ADDITIVE FOR COAL WATER SLURRY

ＹＭ型水煤浆添加剂是以褐煤为原料，经降解转化制得的一种阴离子表面活性剂，适用于精选烟煤和未精选烟煤的成浆，对单峰和双峰粒度分布的煤样，都能制得煤水比≥７：３、精煤浆料粘度≤１０００ＭＰａ·ｓ、粗煤浆粘度≤２０００ｍＰａ·ｓ、稳定性能良好的浆料。管输浆料浓度可达７２％～７５％，输送耗费低，无污水排放问题，也能简单有效地解决不同地区水质的影响问题。

YM type of additi ve could be applied to preparatl on of the coal water slurry(CWS)of fine or no-fine bituminous coals.By using soew coal samples with a monomodal orabimodal parti cle distributions,the ratio of coal to water of CWS was 7:3. The stability ofcws was better, and the viscosity of CWS of fine coal was smaller than 1000 mPa·s.Theviscosity of CWS from no-fine coal was smaller than 2000 mPa·s,When CWS is transportedwith pipeline,its concentration can meet 72%～75%。The transportation cost is low. Anypolluted water will be notproduced in the whole process.YM type additlve can adapt in waterswith different hardness.
