砂土地基的挤密砾石桩防液化加固处理

摘要 地震引起的砂土液化对建筑物危害极大。克拉玛依炼油厂50万t/a催化裂化装置的建设用地为可液化砂土质地基,为防止液化,采用挤密砾石桩法加固地基,设计和施工严格执行规范标准,并结合实际采取一系列质保措施。成桩质量检验结果表明,地基加固后各项指标均符合技术规范标准,能满足大型设备安全运转的生产需要。 The fluidization of sand foundations caused by earthquake may jeopardize buildings. The construc tion site of a 500kt/a catalytic cracking unit in Kelamayi Oil Refinery is fluidizable. In order to prevent fluidizing, its foundation was reinforced by compacting gravel piles. Codes and standards were strictly followed in desin and construction, and a series of quality assuring methods were taken. It is shown that various indexes of the reinforced foundation fulfil the requirements of codes and standards, and meet the requirements of safe operation of large equipments
