摘要 大型球罐现场组焊,施工技术难度较大,操作环境恶劣。质量稳定性易受干扰。我国长期以来采用手工弧焊,工艺落后且效率吸。本文以1000m3液态烃球罐工程为实例,介绍了大型球罐的现场自动化焊接技术装备以及为选用自动焊设备和药芯焊丝所进行的分析与比较,提供了我国大型球罐现场组焊工程中首次成功地采用全位置自动焊接技术取得的宝贵经验。 It is extremely difficult to weld large spherical tanks. The operation conditions are adverse, and the quality's stability is easily interferred. For these reasons, the hand arc welding technique which is laggard and low in efficlency has been adopted in our country for a long time. By taking the example of welding a 1000m3 liquid hydrocartxin spherical tank, this paper systematically discusses and introduces the in - situ automatic welding technique and experiences of large spherical tanks, and also provides analyses aIld comparisions made in selecting the automatic welding equipments and flux-cored wires
