摘要
00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2双相钢是以提高抗应力腐蚀为目的而开发的新钢种,为保证焊接接头也具有类同的耐蚀性能,正确选择焊接工艺参数尤为重要。本文提供了不同焊道层次和焊接线能量条件下的焊接工艺试验结果和金相照片,并通过分析评定,为该钢种焊接工艺的编制取得可靠数据。
The 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 two phase steel is a new kind of steel developed for the purpose to improve the resistivity for stress corrosion. In order to assure that the weld Joints have the same properties, it is. very important to select correctly the welding parameters. This paper presents the results of welding technology testings, and metal phase pictures under the conditions of different weld pass strata and different linear welding engergy. After analyzing and assessing the results, reliable evidence for establishing the welding technology of this steel is gained
