低渗透油田地面工程设计技术界限讨论

Discussion on the Design Criteria of OilfleldEngineering for Low Permeability Oilfields

低渗透油田稳产期短，基本处在经济开采下限。为提高经济效益，应在保证安全和质量的前提下适当降低建设标准。本文对以往油田建设中常用技术界限井口回压、油井计量周期、油气集输密闭率、原油稳定率、天然气利用率、注入水水质标准、采出水回注率、油田电力负荷等级和供电要求等指标的调整提出初步看法。

wing to the short stable production period of o lowpermeability oilfield,the design criteria must be loweredon the premise of safe operation and assured quality.Theconventional techniacl limits used in iolfield construction,such as well head backpressuse,period of well gauging,closeness of the oil-and-gas gathering system ,stability of crude oil, utiligation efficiency of natural gas,standard forthe injection water, reinjection percentage of the producedwater , grade of power supply etc.should be readustedaccordingly.
