有杆泵抽油供排协调图及其应用

SUPPLY-DISCHARGE COORDINATED CHART OF SUCDER ROD PUMP AND ITS APPLICATIONS

给出了有杆泵抽油供排协调图的绘制步骤，通过一个实例分析了利用供排协调图优选抽油机、抽油泵、下泵深度、冲程及冲次的过程。应用中发现，供排协调图较好地反映了有杆泵的抽汲动态供求关系，用其进行举升设备选型和抽汲多数设计，具有直观方便、对比性强、易于优选的特点。

This paper presents the drawing method of supply - discharge coordinated chart of sucker rod pump, analyses the process to select optimally pumping unit, sucker rod pump, pump setting depth, stroke and frequency of stroke with the help of supply-discarge coordinated chart by practical sample. Application results show that the coordinated chart can reflect the dynamic performance of sucker rod pump, and can be used to select pumping unit and pumping paramet5rs. It has the advantuges of intuition, convenience, easy to contrast and select etc.
