Beijing dispatching center for Shan - Jing gas transmission pipeline is a set of comprehensive facility with advanced world level of the 1990s. It will be a window for scientific exchanges in our country's oil and gas industry. This paper introduces the management characteristics of this project: to strengthen organization management and base on high starting point of design; to strengthen technique management and stick to high level of construction; to strengthen quality management and assure high quality of construction.
