Importamt Points in Compiling the “Desing and Building Spccification for Offshord Petroleum Engineering Construction”

从滩海石油工程构筑物的环境特点出发,对比分析了我国现行有关规范与国外海上构筑物设计规范的不同之处;针对浅水域和近岸的环境条件,探讨在编制我国第一部滩海石油工程构筑物规范时涉及的风、浪、海冰荷载特征与设计参数合理选取之间的关系,以期在保证安全的前提下,体现效益为中心为原则,使我国滩海边际油气田的开发获得理想的技术经济效果。

Proceeding from the environmental features of offshore pertroleum engineering construction,This paper compares the present design specification for offshore petroleum construction in our country with those in other countines. The relationship between the loading characteristics of winds, waves and sea ice concerned in compiling our country's first specification of offshore petroleum construction and rational choices of the design parameters is discussed. The purposes of doing this is to make ideal technical and economic benefits in developing the offshore oil and gas fields of our country with safety.
