Developing the Integrated Management Information System for the Technology Supervision in Petroleum Industry

在对石油工业技术监督信息管理工作现状所作调查分析的基础上,论述了全面开发石油工业技术监督综合管理信息系统(PITSMIS)的必要性和可行性。并提出了PITSMIS的系统目标、总体框架及开发过程中应遵循的几项基本原则。

Based on the investigation of the information management states in the technical supervision of petroleum industry, this paper demonstrates the necessity and the feasibility of the development of the Integrated Management Information System for the Technical Supervision in Petroleum Industry (PITSMIS),and presents the Goal and the Function Chart of PITSMIS and some basic principles we must follow in the developing process of PITSMIS.
