摘要
叙述单管水力旋流器样机在胜利油田辛一污水处理站的工业试验情况。试验表明，新开发的水力旋流器可将污水含油从≤2000mg／L降至50mg／L以下，除油效率在90％以上。试验还验证了所设想的最佳操作数据，为商业性多管组合式水力旋流分离器的设计提供了大量的科学依据。
A Single tube prototype of hydrocyclone wos tested in the wastewater treatment station of Shengli oilfield. The result showed that the newly developed hydrocyclone can reduce the content in the water from ≤2 000 mg/L to 50 mg/L or lower.The rate of oil removal is higher than 90%. The datd obtained are useful in designing a commercial mulitube hydrocyclone
