摘要
用反应法制备了TiCl_4/AlEt_3/炭黑催化剂,原位催化乙烯聚合,获得了既不同于结构型又区别于复合型的新型导电聚乙烯。发现较好的聚合条件是:聚合温度35℃;聚合时间20min;Al/Ti=6。测试结果表明材料有良好的PTC(PositiveTemperatureCoefficient)效应,而且性能稳定,不出现NTC(NegativeTemperatureCoefficient)效应。
A new conductive polyethylene was obtained through polymerization in situ using TiCl_4/AlEt_3/carbon black as catalyst.The measurement results indicate that the new conductive poly-ethylene with 10.8%-15%carbon black content shows obvious PTC phenomenon,with lowercritical volume fraction and no NTC phenomenon,The conductive polyethylene also has betterreproducibility and stability.
