摘要
分析了燕化公司化工二厂丙酮精制装置的工艺操作状况,提出提高该系统脱醛率的新工艺流程。对改进后的新工艺流程用计算机模拟方法,评选出适宜的工艺条件。生产实践证明,这种改进流程可使丙酮产品在其它质量指标均符合要求的前提下,高锰酸钾退色时间从120分钟提高到180分钟,使丙酮质量达到优质品。
An industrial process of acetone distillation has been analyzed and a new process withhigher efficiency of removing aldehyde has been developed. Various conditions for the newprocess have been computer-simulated and favorable operating conditions have been obtained.The Industrial practlce demonstrates that the new proncess can produce higher quality acetonewith a longer KMnO_4 color-fading time of 180 min,as compared to the original value of120 min.
