固体超强酸SO_4^（2－）／ZrO_2的制备及其催化合成乙酸乙酯的研究

Preparation of Solid Superacid SO /ZrO_2 and Its Use in the Catalytic Synthesis of Ethyl Acetate

制备了固体超强酸ＳＯ_４^（２－）／ＺｒＯ＿２，并将其用于催化乙酸和乙醇的酯化反应。结果表明，Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４的引入使ＺｒＯ＿２产生催化活性；焙烧温度、焙烧时间对催化活性影响较大；催化剂用量对酯化过程有影响；催化剂经再活化后可重复使用。此过程对乙酸乙酯选择性为１００％，酯化率为８４％。

Solid superacid SO /ZrO_2 is prepared and used for catalyzing the esterification ofacetic acid and ethanol.It is shown that the catalytic activity is generated through treatingzirconia with sulfate ion and is affected by calcination temperature and time,The amountof catalysts used has effects on the process.The spent catalysts can be reused aftercalcination. The selectivity to ethyl acetate in the process is 100%and the ester valuereaches 84%.
