摘要
研究在水-甲苯介质中,甲基丙烯酸甲酯与聚丙烯酸粉末进行非均相接枝共聚反应以及接投聚丙烯的粘合性。采用正交实验探索引发剂用量、单体用量、反应时间、反应温度对接枝度和接枝效率的影响。探讨了接枝聚丙烯对极性材料(铝箔、尼龙)的粘合性与接枝度的关系。
The heterogeneous graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate with polypropylenepowder in water-toluene medium was investigated. The effects of initiator and monomer,reaction time and temperature on the graft degree and graft efficiency were investigated byusing the orthogonal design method. The relationship between the graft degree and peelingstrength of grafted PP in adhering polar materials,such as aluminium foil and nylon wasobserved.
