摘要
建立了已运转4000小时的B-02催化剂于丁烯氧化脱氢工业绝热床反应器中烧炭再生过程模型,并利用正交配置法求解。对两段绝热床反应器分别进行的计算机模拟结果表明,只有在入口温度不高于临界值且气速不低于临界值时,才能进行安全烧炭再生。提出了5种并选定其中一种为较优的再生方案,可作为制订工业绝热床烧炭再生工艺条件时参考。
This paper deals with regeneration of coked B-02 catalyst after 4000 h run in a series of twoindustrial adiabatic beds.On the basis of intrinsic kinetic model and internal diffusion,regenera-tion models were solved using orthogonal collocation method.The coking process of B-02 catalystin the series of two adiabatic beds was established.Simulated results indicate that there is a criti-cal inlet temperature(for the first bed:617K,for the second bed:604K)at a certain gas flow rate(1.000kg/m ̄2·s),and a critical gas flow rate(for the first bed:0.524kg/m ̄2·s,for the secondbed:0.670gk/m ̄2·s)at inlet temperature 573K. Hence,for safe coke burning,the highest temperature in the beds is below 673K. Finally,from 5 optional operation conditions,the best one waschosen to provide a reference for praytical regeneration of industrial adiabatic beds.
