摘要
用新研制的镍负载型MCD-1催化剂对甲烷、二氧化碳重整制合成气进行了单管寿命试验,连续运转500小时。催化剂活性保持稳定,产物中合成气摩尔含量一直保持约87%,其中CO的摩尔含量保持在40%左右。反应500小时后催化剂无结炭粉化现象,反应前后机械强度基本一致。用孔结构分析仪、XPS和XRD对试验前后的催化刑进行了对比分析。结果表明催化剂结构性能较稳定,具有很好的工业开发应用前景。
Monotube lifetime test of supported nickel catalyst MCD-1 for methane reforming with CO_2to produce synthesis gas has been carried out.It has been‘shown that MCD-1 catalyst does notdeactivate at all during 500h on stream. The content of synthesis gas in product distribution re-mains about 87%(mol) and the content of CO reaches 40%. There is almost no carbon depositionon MCD-1 catalyst after the test, and it has good mechanical strength.The structure and proper-ty of MCD-1 catalyst characterized by XPS and XRD remain stable during the test.This indicatesMCD-1 catalyst may be used in industry.
