摘要
用马来酸酐改性PVA(聚乙烯醇)吸水凝胶对烷烃(正庚烷)和芳烃(甲苯)进行脱水试验。它能将介质中的水份脱除至100-200ppm。将吸水后的凝胶再生,其强度较好,可反复使用。结果表明,应用该凝胶脱水优于无水氯化钙或无水硫酸铜,可用于工业化的油水分离。
PVA gel modified with maleic anhydride has been used in dehydration of alkane(n-heptane)and arene(toluene)oil-water systems.It can reduce the water content of the oil to 100-200ppm. Ithas good gel strength so that after recovering it can be used again. Comparison with other dehy-drating agents such as CaCl_2 and anhydrous CuSO_4 has shown that it has the strongest dehydrat-ing power.It can be used in separation of industrial oil- water systems
