原位红外技术对芳构化催化剂HZSM-5反应过程的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用原位流动红外技术测试了HZSM-5分子筛原粉、粘合剂氧化铝和工业芳构化催化剂中B酸及L酸的酸度,并研究了正己烷芳构化的机理及催化剂结焦失活问题。试验发现分子筛原粉以B酸为主,氧化铝以L酸为主,催化剂中B酸L酸各占一定比例;结焦后的催化剂B酸及较强L酸下降比较明显;正己烷在芳闷化过程中生成很多物种,有环己烯、取代苯等。 The acidity of HZSM-5 of HZSM-5 zeolite, adhesive Al_2O_3 and aromatization catalyst was measured andthe reaction mechanism of n-hexane aromatization as well as catalyst deactivation through cokingwere also researched by using in-situ IR technology.It has been proved that HZSM-5 mainly con-sists of B acid,while L acid is mainly found in Al_2O_3,and both B acid and L acid exist in definiteproportion in the catalyst.The amount of B acid and the stronger L acid decreased obviously aftercatalyst coking. Cyclohexene and substituted benzene are formed in the hexane aromatization pro-Cess.
