摘要
研制的RXY型助催化剂已在国内甲醛厂应用。该助催化剂的使用提高了甲醛生产的银催化剂的选择性,抑制了副产物二氧化碳的生成。在不改变生产流程和不添加任何设备的条件下,生产每吨甲醛的甲醇单耗可降低10kg。同时RXY型助催化剂的加入有利于提高生产操作的弹性和甲醛产品的浓度,经济效益显著。
RXY type promotor is developed for Ag catalytic oxidation of methanol to formaldehyde. Thepromotur has been applied successfully to several formaldehyde manufacturers. The industrial experiment shows it can effectively promote the reaction selectivity and control the formation of carbon dioxide without changing the technological process or addition of equipment. It resulted in decreasing the methanol consumption by 10 kilograms per ton formaldehyde produced. It also helpsto improve the flexibility of operation and concentration of formaldehyde.
