摘要
制备了二氧化硅负载的聚铝氨烷及其与铂金属的络合物,此络合物在30-50℃,0.1MPa的条件下对β-萘酚的氢化反应具有较高的催化活性,并能选择性地生成5,6,7,8-四氢-β-萘酚。在β-萘酚的转化率为100%时,生成5,6,7,8-四氢-β-萘酚的选择性能高于80%。研究了各种反应条件,如络合物中N/Pt摩尔比、反应温度、溶液pH值和溶剂等对催化反应的影响。该催化剂具有良好的稳定性,可多次重复使用。
Silica-supported polyalumazane platinum complex was prepared and found to be an active andselective catalyst in the hydrogenation of β-naphthol under mild conditions (30-50℃, 1 atm).β-naphthol can be converted quantitatively at 50℃ in 24 h and selectivity for the formation of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-β-naphthol is over 80%.The effects of various reaction parameters,such as N/Ptmole ratio in the complex,temperature,pH of solution and solvent et.on the hydrogenation of β-naphthol have been studied. The catalyst can be reused more than three times without noticeableloss of activitv and selectivitv.
