摘要
通过对抚顺洗涤剂化工厂脱氢─烷基化联合装置运行情况的分析,提出了通过降低氢烃摩尔比、调整反应温度、优化原料组成等方法提高脱氢装置的烯烃产量,以满足烷基化装置高负荷运转的需要.
Through the detailed analyses of the operation of dehydrogenation-alkylation combined unit of Fushun Detergent Plant.Some mothods of reducing hydrogen-hydrocarbon s moole's ratio,adjusting reaction temperature and optimizing the com position of raw material etcare presented to improve alkenes produvtion of dehydrogenation unit and satisfy the need for alkylation under heavily-loadal operation.
