摘要
以失效评定图技术为基础，建立了一套可用于防止压力管道缺陷起裂的断裂评定工程方法。将弹塑性断裂失效模式用一个因子Ｕ转化为净截面塑性失稳失效处理，而确定Ｕ因子的方法非常简便。给出了适用于两种不同失效模式的许可缺陷尺寸与外加载荷引起的应力之间的关系表。举例验证了该工程方法的可行性。
Based on the FAD,the engineering safety assessment procedure for pre-venting fracture initiation of piping flaws is established. Fracture failure analysisis treated using plastic collapse load modified by a multiplying factor U. The deter-imining method for U is simple and easy. The table between allowable flaw sizes andapplied stresses is set up. One example shows that this procedure is applicable.
