介绍无堆焊层热壁加氢反应器的设计与研制工作。针对具体设计参数并考虑到经济性，只在其关键部位（如法兰密封面等处）堆焊不锈钢层。该反应器已投入运行，各项指标均达到用户要求。

The design and development of the hot-walled Hydrogenation reactorwithout weld overlay for saving,which there are only stainless steel weld overlayin local area,such as the seal surface of flange etc,are introduced in this paper.All design indexes of the reactor that has been running well from starting opera-tion have reached,and the customer is very satisfied with it.
