球形容器斜插接管环带区的应力分布及峰值应变的工程估算

摘要 笔者用电测法对两台球形容器接管环带区进行了应变测试,对斜插接管环带区在有裂纹和无裂纹下的应力分布、环带区峰值应力、应力集中系数以及高应变区的峰值应变工程估算等进行了探讨。 The strain at belt welding seam of tangential nozzles and normal nozzles in two spherical Vessels are measured by electrical-measuring method.The engineering prediction of stress distribution, stress concentration factors and peak strain are also investigated under cracks and without cracks in high strain regions.
