文中分析了大连石化公司常压炉辐射段炉管弯曲的原因，并对已弯曲炉管冷校直应力状态进行了分析计算，分析计算结果表明，已弯曲炉管采用冷校直复位方案是完全可行的．

In this paper,the bend reason of the atomospheric heater radiant section tube of Dalian petrochemical corporation is analyzed. The cold correcting stress conditions of bent heater tube are analyzed and calculaed. The calculated result denotes that the cold correcting method of bent heater tube is absolutely possible.
