摘要
通过宏观检查、理化、金相及理论计算等方法，对催化裂化装置四机组齿轮箱断齿原因进行了全面分析。
By means of visual inspection,cbemical compositoin and mechanical property test, metallographic examination, and theortic calculation method etc. the reason of gear tooth breakdow of gearbox of the compressors unit in FCC are analyzed perfectly.
