Instantaneous Cycling-Water Preheater for Diesel Engines

柴油发动机启动瞬时水循环预热器主要由机泵组、加热器和温控系统组成，用于水冷柴油发动机箱体预热，安装在发动机中间底座上，与冷却水管路并联。给出了预热器的技术指标和设计参数，并进行了性能试验。试验结果表明，预热器各项性能指标均达到设计要求。

The instantaneous cycling-water preheater, used for preheating the diesel engine baby, installed on the engine's middle support in parallel with the cooling water pipeline, is mainly comprised of electric motor,centrifugal pump, heater and temperature control system. The authors determine its technical indexes and design parameters and conduct a test for the performance of the unit. The result of the test shows that all the performance indexes of the preheater fulfil the design requirements.
