摘要
对试制的LGWC—20/250型空气压缩机车的空压机气缸进行了三维有限元分析,得出了该空压机气缸的应力分布、危险截面及其对应的最大应力值,绘制了应力沿各典型截面边界的变化规律曲线,最后对该气缸设计作了综合评价。建议对高压气缸的安全系数应考虑稍大些,对现有阀座处的结构适当改进或在台肩根部采用圆弧过渡,以减轻应力集中程度。
The authors make a 3-D finite element analysis of the cylinders of the compressor on a newly-developed Model LGWC20/250 air compressor truck,work out the stress distribution and critical sections with corresponding maximun stress values on them, draw up the curve for the pattern of variation of the siress along the boundary of each typical section,and make a comprehensive evaluation on the design of the cylinders.The authors suggest that the high-pressure cylinders be designed with a slightly higher safety coefficient, and the structure at the valve seat be modified or round fillet be adopted at the shoulder root to reduce stress concentration.
