摘要
将苏格兰轭用作往复式增压注水泵的动力传递机构是一种新的尝试。对6D—Z10/32型往复式增压注水泵的苏格兰轭动力传递机构受力特征进行了分析,给出了一系列计算公式,其良好的往复运动特性和动力传递方式为研制完全不受高压吸入条件限制的往复式增压注水泵提供了方便。为将现有的直轴+偏心轮+整体式十字头滑块+整体式导向架结构改为曲轴+剖分式十字头滑块+导向架结构提供了可行性依据。
The Scotland yoke was tried as power transmission mechanism on a reciprocating booster pump,the force characteristics of the Scotland yoke on the pump were analyzed,and a series of equations for calculation were presented.The result shows good reciprocation characteristics and a basis for simplifying the existing power transmission mechanism of water injection booster pumps.
