摘要
从机械设计变量随机化的观点出发,应用可靠性数学理论,将石油钻井泵基本设计变量随机化处理后,计算各构件的运动参数分布特征值及受力分布特征值。实例计算结果表明,当钻井泵活塞处于两死点邻近位置时,活塞杆和连杆的受力均值和方差急剧波动,工作可靠性严重下降。设计钻井泵时,要求对连杆两端联接轴承进行必要的静强度校核。
In the view of the randomness of machine design variables, and by applying the theory of reliability,the basic design parameters of drill pump are randomized, and the characteristic values of motion parameter distribution and force distribution of each structural member are calculated. Example calculation shows there are abrupt fluctuations of the mean value and variance of forces on both the piston rod and connecting rod when the piston is near the two dead points, and this will exert a serious influence on service reliability. Therefore the static strength of the bearings at both ends of the connecting rod should be checked in designing drill pumps.
