摘要
某油田高压注水泵泵头体在实际工作中失效比例较大。据此,分析了泵头体的结构特点及受载情况,利用数值方法分别计算了强度试压及实际操作时的应力分布曲线,并进行了强度校核。运用结构可靠性分析的MonteCarlo有限元法对泵头体作了可靠性分析。指出泵头体在强度试压及实际操作时均能满足常规强度及可靠性要求。建议对泵头体作断裂力学分析,以进一步验证其疲劳断裂强度及可靠性能否满足使用要求。
The design feature and load-bearing conditions of the housing of the hydraulic end of a high-pressure water injectionpump are analyzed, the stress distribution curves during pressure test and field operation are worked out respectively by thenumerical method, and a strength check analysis is carried out. The reliability of the hydraulic end housing is analyzed by theMonte Carlo finite element method, and the result shows the hydraulic end housing can satisfy the general requirements ofstrength and reliability, And a fracture mechanics analysis of the hydraulic end housing is suggested to verify whether itsfatigue fracture strength and reliability can satisfy the operation requirements.
