摘要
针对游梁式抽油机整机可靠性差、故障率高,必须进行系统可靠性设计的现状,提出一种考虑预计失效率的系统可靠性综合评分分配法。这种方法先将抽油机整机合理地分成几个单元,然后计算各单元的预计失效率,依据各单元的复杂程度、技术水平、重要程度和任务情况等因素,采用综合评分法进行分析,得出各单元的综合评分及相应的计算参数,最后按计算公式计算分配给各单元的失效率及可靠度。这个方法适用于游梁式抽油机的设计,特别适用于对原有机型的改进设计。
In the light of the low reliability and high failure rate of beam pumping units, a system reliability synthetic appraisal and distribution method considering predicted failure rate is introduced. Thereby the whole unit is divided rationally into several parts, and the predicted failure rate of each part is calculated and analyzed by the synthetic appraisal method according to such factors as complexity, technical level, importance and role of each part, and then the synthetic appraisal and relevent calculating parameters of each part are obtained, thereby the failure rate and reliability distributed to each part can be calculated.
