摘要
介绍了CYJY12—4.2—73HB型抽油机四腿支架用有限元法分析的几种模型,并将各种分析模型的计算结果与实测结果进行了对比。讨论了影响支架顶部变形的主要因素。综合分析认为,采用板单元和梁单元组合对抽油机支架-底座系统进行有限元法分析是合理的分析模型;支架顶部的刚度、腿部的固定状况和下部的开口尺寸是影响支架顶部变形的主要因素,应引起设计者注意。
Several models for the finite element analysis of the four-leg framework on Model CYJY 12-4. 2-73HB pumping unit are introduced and a comparison between the calculated values and the measured data is made, and the main factors influencing the deformation of the framework top are discussed. It is indicated that the finite element model, taking the plate-and beamelements combined, is advantageous to the analysis of the framework-base system of the pumping unit, and the main factors influencing the framework deformation include the rigidity of the framework top, the fixing condition of the legs and the opening sizes of the lower part of the framework.
