摘要
钻井泵泵阀在工作过程中要承受高压钻井液的强烈冲蚀,极易损坏,使用寿命低。针对这一问题,作者在原表面渗碳处理的基础上,采用物理气相沉积(PVD)技术对钻井泵阀体阀座进行TiN涂层处理,并对这种涂层的性能进行了测试。现场试验结果表明,经采用物理气相沉积技术进行TiN涂层处理后,钻井泵泵阀使用寿命较未采用这项技术处理前提高了将近3倍。
In the light of the frequently-occurred failure and low service life of the drill pump valve, based on the surfacecarburizing, TiN coating treatment of the drill pump valve hody and seat is carried out by applying the physical vapor deposition(PVD)technique, and the property of the coat is tested.The result of field test shows that the service life of the drill pump valve treated with TiN coating Increases by three times.
