潜油电动机定子铁心压装力的确定

潜油电动机是电动潜油泵的关键部件。潜油电动机定子铁心压装力影响潜油电动机的质量和效率。因结构所限，定子铁心压装力值不能采用地面普通电动机的压装方法来确定。笔者在多年的实践中，通过比较几个生产厂家电动机的压装力值和所取的安全系数，并经理论计算和实践，认为定子预紧力安全系数取２．５～３较为合适。

The mounting force of stator core on a submersible electric motor influences the quality and efficiency of the motor, andit cannot be determined by the method for determining the mounting force on conventional surface electric motors. Based on comparing and analyzing the mounting force values and,afety coefficients of the electric motors of several manufacturing plants,it is recognized that the safety coefficient for the pretightening force of the stator should be 2.5～3.
