摘要 本文从大庆高密度聚乙烯装置生产实际出发,对原料中三种类型的杂质─一氧化碳、乙炔、二氧化碳对催化剂活性中心、反应参数、产品收率及产品性能的影响,在理论上和生产上进行了详细分析和论证。提出了装置在实际生产过程中,根据原料中不同类型的杂质及其含量,采用不同的消除方法。此方法在装置生产中得到了充分应用,收到了良好效果,达到了消除杂质对聚合反应影响的目的。 impurities, carbon monoxide, acetylene and carbon dioxide, are contained in the feedstock of Daqing polyethylene plant, which affects the active sites of catalyst, reaction parameters, product yield and product quality. Different methods for eliminating impurities effects are proposed to use in the production according to the types and contents of the impurities. The results obtained in the production were conformed to the theoretic analysis. These methods can be adopted in all the high-density polyethylene plants to offset the influence of impurities.
