加氢处理催化剂和工艺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了扩大乙烯原料来源,石油化工科学研究院开发了VGO加氢处理工艺和一个双功能催化剂(RT-1)。该技术采用单段、一次通过流程。文中阐述了RT-1催化剂的研制和性能,并介绍了大庆常压三线、减压一线混合油(DQVGO)加氢处理工艺研究和加氢尾油(HT-VGO)的蒸汽裂解性能评价。结果表明:RT-1催化剂性能优良;DQVGO在中压下加氢处理可以生产优质乙烯原料(HT-VGO)和石油产品;与大庆石脑油相比,HT-VGO蒸汽裂解的乙烯和三烯产率分别高3%和8%。 In order to expand the source of steam cracking feedstock , a VGO hydrotreating process with single-stage and once-through processing scheme, and a bifunctional catalyst, RT-1, have beendeveloped by Research institute of P6troleum Processing. The preparation and performance of the RT-1catalyst, the studies on hydrotreating process of Daqing VGO, and the steam cracking performance evaluation of the hydrotreated tail oil are presented. The results indicated that the performance of RT-1-1 catalystwas excellents high quality steam cracking feedstock and petroleum products were obtained throughhydrotreating of Daqing VGO at medium pressure ; and the yield of ethylene and light olefins from the hydrotreated VGO feedstock was increased by 3% and 8% respectively in comparison with Daqing naphthafeedstock.
