摘要
对延迟焦化加热炉长期运行后的全炉炉管进行了剖析,分析了使炉管材料的金相组织产生一系列变化和使材料常温冲击性能及高温强度都有较大幅度下降的原因。同时指出,炉管在炉中所处的位置不同,它们的金相组织、性能均有很大差别,其结果是它们的寿命也有很大不同。
The metallographical examination of delayed coker furnace tubes after long term operation showed that the matellographic structures of the tubes were changed. The causes of the variations,such as the decrease of the pounding performance at atmospheric temperature and the high temperature strength were investigated. It was concluded that the performance variations and the lifes of the tubes were highly depended on the tube location in the furnace.
