摘要
碳氢比是合成氨生产中评价石脑油质量的一项重要指标,但经典的燃烧质量法不适应快速分析的要求。由安庆石油化工总厂开发的燃烧-色谱法和毛细管色谱计算法对石脑油进行碳氢比的测定具有快速、准确、简便易行等特点,而且较好地解决了挥发性样品分析误差大的问题。
The ratio of C/H is one of the important indexes for evaluation of the naphtha quality in ammonia synthesis. The typical burning-weighted method can not meet the industrial demand of rapid analysis. Both burning-GC and capillary GC methods have been developed for the determination of C/H ratio in Anqing Petro-chemical General Plant, which possess the advantages of rapid, accurate, simple and facile, etc. and minimize the analysis error that caused by the high volatility of the volatile sample.
